What can you expect from reggaeton?
Reggaeton originated in 1990s Puerto Rico, where reggae, dancehall and hip-hop merged into energetic beats, pulsating rhythms and often sensual lyrics.
In Cuba, the genre evolved further into reparto—a Cuban branch of reggaeton that you’ll also experience on this journey. Expect a wide selection of reggaeton from across Latin America, while some of the scene’s top DJs keep the dance floor red-hot.
Reggaeton is more than music. It’s dance, attitude and improvisation. A culture that celebrates joy, community and freedom—and one that has become a global phenomenon, championed across Scandinavia by ElStudio.
No worries if you don’t know the moves. ReggaetonCruise is for all ages, and everyone is welcome. Go with the flow, let your body move, or get inspired in the dancers’ workshops.

Explore Oslo!
On the second day of your journey, you’ll enjoy 6.5 hours in Oslo. The ship docks just a short walk from the city centre, making it easy to explore the Norwegian capital as it comes to life in spring.
Stroll along the waterfront, unwind in one of the city’s many parks, or explore art, history—or something entirely different—at one of Oslo’s more than 50 museums.
And when hunger strikes, cafés and restaurants are never far away.
