- Be allocated a separate standard cabin at no extra cost.
Please note that we cover accommodation only. Meals and other purchases on board must be paid for separately.
If you’re attending an event and require a companion, the companion will also receive a complimentary event ticket.
Each request is assessed individually before we determine whether travelling with a companion is required.
Guide Dogs and Service Dogs
If you’re travelling with a guide dog or service dog, please inform us before you book and bring the relevant documentation when checking in.
Service animals are generally permitted:
- In all cabin types
- Throughout the public areas of the ship
Please note that sea travel can sometimes be stressful for animals. You’re responsible for your animal’s wellbeing during the journey.
Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme
We want every journey to feel safe, comfortable and welcoming for all guests – including those with non-visible disabilities or conditions. That’s why Go Nordic Cruiseline participates in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme.
Guests who wish to discreetly indicate that they may need additional assistance, understanding or a little more time during their journey can wear a Sunflower lanyard.
You can collect a free Sunflower lanyard from staff:
- in the terminal, or
- at the onboard reception.
Wearing the lanyard lets our crew know that you may have a non-visible disability or condition, and that you may benefit from extra support, patience or assistance.
Non-visible disabilities or conditions may include, for example:
- autism
- visual impairment
- hearing or speech difficulties
- ADHD
- brain injury
- dementia
- chronic pain or fatigue-related conditions
Wearing the Sunflower lanyard is completely optional and you’re not required to share personal information about your condition.
You can learn more about the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme here.
