Travelling with Pet
Bring your four-legged companion on board
You’re welcome to bring your pet on board, whether you’re travelling on foot or by vehicle.
When travelling with pets, you’ll need to book a pet-friendly cabin. These are available in limited numbers both with and without sea views, so we recommend booking well in advance.
A fee of DKK 425 per pet, per journey applies in addition to the cabin price, and a maximum of two pets is allowed per cabin.
Important
For safety reasons, pets mustn’t be left in vehicles during the crossing. The car deck is locked during the journey, and you won’t have access to your vehicle until shortly before arrival.
Practical information
Your pet must remain in the cabin throughout the crossing. Pets therefore aren’t allowed in public areas such as restaurants and bars. This doesn’t apply to guide dogs and assistance dogs.
Both ships have a small outdoor area where you can walk your four-legged companion.
Please remember to bring:
- food and water bowls
- pet food
- toys and other essentials
