Passengers with disabilities
Accessible travel
If you, or someone in your travel group, have special requirements regarding accommodation, necessary services, or need to bring mobility and/or medical equipment, please contact us before departure.
We may require you to travel with a companion who can assist you during your trip with us. We will always consider your preferences before making such a request. Bringing a companion is free of charge.
All information collected regarding special needs will be handled discreetly and stored in accordance with our privacy policy. This information will only be shared on an operational basis, as necessary to accommodate your needs and to inform our crew in case of emergencies involving passengers with disabilities.
Important: If you do not contact us before your departure, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your needs or assist you during boarding, crossing, and disembarkation.

Sunflower Program (Solsikkeprogrammet)
Our staff is always working hard to ensure a safe and worry-free journey for everyone. We are part of the Sunflower Program, which supports guests with non-visible disabilities, conditions, and chronic illnesses.
To receive a sunflower lanyard, you must have an invisible disability or condition that requires extra help, understanding, or patience from those around you. This may include physical, mental, or neurological challenges that are not immediately visible but affect your ability to manage daily activities.
The green sunflower lanyard discreetly signals to our staff that you may need a little extra assistance or support. Whether you need more time during boarding or help finding your way onboard, we are here to make your journey as comfortable as possible.
Participation in the sunflower program is voluntary and available to all guests with non-visible disabilities.
